    Hetronic, a division of Methode Electronics, Inc., is seeking an experienced individual for a position as Regional Sales Manager.  We design and develop human-machine interface systems, components and sensors that enable safe, convenient, and reliable control of equipment and processes.  We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and through cross functional teams (sales, engineers, program management, and manufacturing experts with access to the latest technologies and processes, we develop solutions that provide value, in a timely manner and with high quality.  We believe that innovative human machine interface solutions can provide safer, more convenient and more meaningful use of a persons’ time.  Hetronic’s core expertise is in wireless remote control systems and sensors for machines and equipment for use in all environments, Hetronic employs more than 400 people worldwide in the United States, Malta, the Philippines, and Germany; and has a number of partners covering the majority of countries globally.     • Grow annual sales in the region, year over year, by securing profitable business which our solution, technology, and service is highly valued by the customer.
    • Develops and maintains customer relationships and sales opportunities within the region.
    • Works closely with the customer, engineering, and operations to ensure requirements and expectations are achieved.
    • Drive product and technology development by highlighting needs of market.
    • Collaborates with business unit leadership in establishing goals and objectives for sales in region.
    • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams for trade show promotion and exhibition.
    • Recommends to the Company areas of future growth potential such as acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and or licensing of technology


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; or a minimum of 10 years of related experience in selling solutions to the locomotive industry, construction equipment OEMs, material handling, and or hydraulic, pneumatic or electronic controllers ; or the equivalent combinations of formal education and experience.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills: written and oral
    • Excellent presentation skills and customer interface skills
    • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and the Internet
