  • Overview

    The Production Assembler will be responsible for work according to customer specifications to assemble material and/or parts


    The job consists of running a single person cell with multiple workstations


    • Read work orders and standardized work to position and align parts in specific relationship to each other, jig, fixture or other holding device
    • Fill in any open positions in a given department, as needed.
    • Mount assembly components and hardware
    • Assemble and test various materials or products
    • Able to mlti-task in a fast paced environment
    • Oversee machines that magnetize and test various assemblies
    • Perform quality and testing checks using computers
    • Maintain neat and orderly work areas and observe all safety rules
    • Follow directions from Supervisor
    • Must be detail orientated.


    • High school diploma or GED
    • 1-3 years of assembly experience in a TS, AS or ISO facility
    • Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
    • Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
    • Must have computer skills


    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis
    • Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, stand and walk on hard surfaces such as concrete on a regular basis.
    • Standing and walking may be necessary up to 8 hours per day
