The HCM/HRIS Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the design and oversight of HRIS initiatives in support of organizational goals and practices, including workforce intelligence and predictive analytics.
The HCM/HRIS Manager reports to the Global Director of Compensation & HCM and serves as the primary interface between HR and IT, software vendors, Accounting and Payroll to ensure HRIS system integrity. This is a leadership role responsible for the management of Methode’s Human Capital Management System, and all its HR components, as well as day to day operations of the HRIS function.
