Leads and performs all aspects of design, development, implementation and test of interior automotive electronics (mechanical, electrical, software, systems) for Methode’s automotive electrics modules through the creations of internal product specifications, test plans and DVPnR’s. Performs the role of Lead Functional Safety Manager for our products requiring adherence to Functional Safety requirements (ISO 26262). Interacts directly with all team members and provides technical guidance to the primary team decision-maker. This includes analyzing customer requirements, developing detailed Product Design specifications for mechanical, electrical and software design teams and interfacing with the customer for all testing of products. Responsible for Functional Safety management of programs.
