    Dabir Surfaces is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead the project activities and assure all program launch targets and requirements are achieved.

    Responsibilities

    • Creates and maintains project plan to drive on time and high-quality deliverables
    • Facilitates meetings, approval processes, and other operations processes to ensure all responsible groups are communicating 
    • Manages and tracks scope, cost, spending and schedule 
    • Creates and maintains the projects Design History Files 
    • Participates in risk management process including documentation
    • Recommends resource allocation to achieve project time-lines and goals
    • Routinely updates management and key stakeholders on project status and key metrics
    • Enters sales orders into ERP system in support of production planning activities
    • Supports Sales and Quality by addressing customer concerns and providing sales samples
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
    • At least 2 years of prior project management experience  
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive project goals
    • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership
    • Microsoft Office proficient including Microsoft Project
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards for medical devices strongly preferred
    • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
