  • Overview

    Candidate needed with technical background to assume chemical testing, environmental compliance responsibilities, and assist in the plating dept. maintenance of NADCAP periodic and lot control testing and documentation


    • Plating bath sample collection and analysis

    • Plating analysis database updating and management

    • Bath retest after make-up or adjustments

    • Make-up of chemical standards and indicators for use in solution analysis

    • Receipt and rotation of laboratory chemicals required for tank solution analysis

    • Ensure maintenance and calibration as necessary of all laboratory equipment required  for tank solution analyses, including timely performance of Preventive Maintenance

    • Inventory and replacement order of plating supplies

    • Chemical additions to plating baths based on mandated periodic solution analysis results

    • Labeling of chemical shelf life data on chemical containers

    • Ensure maintenance of plating tank and processing equipment, including timely performance of preventive Maintenance

    • Other assignments as directed


    • Exposure to chemicals, chemical solution testing and lab enviroment
    • Analytical and technical skills
    • Enviromental and OSHA regulations is a plus
    • Generating reports using MS excel and word
    • 2 years related experience
    • 2 or 4 year degree in chemistry or enviromemntal; or two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
